To Our Valued Customers,
The COVID-19 pandemic has brought a great deal of uncertainty to our daily lives. At Territorial Savings Bank, we want you to know that we care for your health and are taking measures to keep everyone in our community safe.
We understand that your financial health is a priority and want to assure you that access to your accounts remains unchanged. At this time, all our branches are observing normal business hours, and we have increased cleaning and disinfecting throughout our branches. We will keep you informed if anything changes.
During this time when social distancing is recommended, we encourage all our customers, especially those who are in a higher risk category, to consider remote banking options that do not require you to come into our branches.
To our Passbook and IRA account holders: If you have an existing passbook savings or IRA, your interest is credited to your account or mailed to you. There is no need to come into the branch to update your book.
We’re truly thankful for your loyalty and support over the years. We promise to communicate with you regularly during these challenging and uncertain times. Please continue to visit this website for the latest updates.
