Accounting Clerk – Downtown (Honolulu)
Under moderate supervision, contribute to the smooth and efficient operations of the Accounting Department by efficiently and accurately processing accounts payable transaction, journal entries and bank/GL account reconciliations. High school degree or GED required; Bachelor’s degree or certificate in Accounting is preferred. Ideal candidates will be able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel, have computer ability in a Windows environment, working knowledge of Microsoft Word, ten-key by touch and moderate typing ability.
Electronic Banking Services Representative – Downtown (Honolulu)
Are you self-motivated, reliable, outgoing, and enjoy interacting with people? We are looking for a client-service-minded individual to support our bank’s Electronic Banking Services Department. If you have experience in customer service or simply enjoy interacting with people, then we want to hear from you!
As an Electronic Banking Representative, you will provide technical and operational support to Bank personnel and its customers for Electronic Banking products such as Check Card, Internet Banking, Online Business Banking, Bill Payment and Presentment, Touch-Tone Phone Banking, and the corporate website. Ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, six months to a year of related work or practical experience with Electronic Banking Services, and enjoy talking to customers. Must have computer ability in a Windows environment, and working knowledge of Word, Excel, and smartphone and tablet use.
New Accounts Sales and Services Representative – Downtown (Honolulu)
Under minimal supervision, assist customers with various retail and business products and services by providing product information, processing proper documentation, and cross selling appropriate Bank products and services. Ideal candidates will be able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and the general public, have one year related work or practical experience and/or training in a banking environment preferably as a Teller and/or with opening new accounts, possess a valid driver’s license, have computer ability in a Windows environment, working knowledge of Microsoft Word, ten-key by touch and moderate typing ability.
Tellers – Ala Moana, Downtown, Kahala, Kaneohe, Kahului, Kauai (P/T), Manoa, Mililani
Under moderate supervision processes various financial transactions in a friendly, efficient, accurate and professional manner. High school degree or GED and previous experience in cash handling or customer service required. Ideal candidates will be able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and the general public. Computer experience, ten-key and typing ability desired. Part-Time Tellers must be flexible and able to work 19 hours per week.
Relief Teller – Oahu
Based on the island of Oahu, Relief Tellers provide full-time Teller support to bank branches. Processes various financial transactions in a friendly, efficient, accurate and professional manner. High school degree or GED and previous experience in cash handling or customer service required. Ideal candidates will be able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and the general public. Computer experience, ten-key and typing ability desired. Qualified applicants must be flexible, have their own transportation and be able to work at various locations, including neighbor island branches. Relief Tellers earn a salary differential and mileage reimbursement.
Post-Closing Quality Control Specialist- Loan Servicing
Under minimal supervision, verifies the existence and accuracy of mortgage loans made by the Bank and assures underwriting of loans is in compliance with Regulatory/Government Agencies and in accordance with the Bank’s Pre-Closing and Post Closing Quality Control Policies and Procedures. Must have an Associate’s degree or higher, five years related work or practical experience and/or training in mortgage loans or branch operations within a financial institution, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent communication skills, working knowledge of Word and Excel, and 10-key by touch preferred. Ideal candidate will be knowledgeable of banking regulations with respect to banking operations and able to analyze, interpret, solve problems and make sound decisions that require interactions and development of relationships with the branch system and other departments.
Seeking aggressive individual to originate mortgage loans. Minimum 2-3 years mortgage loan officer experience with proven local realtor client base required.
