Information Security Officer
The Information Security Officer (ISO) is responsible for the administration of the Bank’s information security program and ensures compliance with applicable audit and regulatory requirements of all information and information systems. A Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university or higher; a minimum of five years related work or practical experience and/ or training in Information Security; or equivalent combination of education/experience is required. Professional Certifications (Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) are preferred. Excellent communication and analytical skills are a must. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required. Candidate must be capable of analyzing and interpreting general business periodicals, professional journals, governmental regulations; understanding financial and legal documents pertaining to information security. Pre-Closing Quality Control Specialist- Loan Servicing
Under minimal supervision, verifies the existence and accuracy of mortgage loans made by the Bank and assures underwriting of loans is in compliance with Regulatory/Government Agencies and in accordance with the Bank’s Pre-Closing and Post Closing Quality Control Policies and Procedures. Must have an Associate’s degree or higher, one year supervisory and five years related work or practical experience and/or training in mortgage loans or branch operations within a financial institution, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent communication skills, working knowledge of Word and Excel, and 10-key by touch preferred. Ideal candidate will be knowledgeable of banking regulations with respect to banking operations and able to analyze, interpret, solve problems and make sound decisions that require interactions and development of relationships with the branch system and other departments.
New Accounts Sales and Services Representative – Downtown (Honolulu)
Under minimal supervision, assist customers with various retail and business products and services by providing product information, processing proper documentation, and cross selling appropriate Bank products and services. Ideal candidates will be able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and the general public, have one year related work or practical experience and/or training in a banking environment preferably as a Teller and/or with opening new accounts, possess a valid driver’s license, have computer ability in a Windows environment, working knowledge of Microsoft Word, ten-key by touch and moderate typing ability.
Tellers – Kaneohe, Kapolei, Kauai, Manoa, Pearlridge
Under moderate supervision processes various financial transactions in a friendly, efficient, accurate and professional manner. High school degree or GED and previous experience in cash handling or customer service required. Ideal candidates will be able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and the general public. Computer experience, ten-key and typing ability desired. Part-Time Tellers must be flexible and able to work 19 hours per week.
Relief Tellers – Oahu
Based on the island of Oahu, Relief Tellers provide full-time Teller support to bank branches. Processes various financial transactions in a friendly, efficient, accurate and professional manner. High school degree or GED and previous experience in cash handling or customer service required. Ideal candidates will be able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and the general public. Computer experience, ten-key and typing ability desired. Qualified applicants must be flexible, have their own transportation and be able to work at various locations, including neighbor island branches. Relief Tellers earn a salary differential and mileage reimbursement.
Senior Tellers – Downtown (Honolulu), Kaimuki
Under minimal supervision, assist the Operations Supervisor and Branch Manager with supervising and coordinating the activities of the Teller area. Process various financial transactions in a friendly, efficient, accurate and professional manner. Must have at least one to two years of financial institution experience, including six months as a Teller and six months related experience. Ideal candidates will be able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and the general public. Computer experience, ten-key and typing ability desired.
Seeking aggressive individual to originate mortgage loans. Minimum 2-3 years mortgage loan officer experience with proven local realtor client base required.
