Appraisal Clerk – (Part-Time)
Under minimal supervision, perform clerical support services related to maintaining appraisal records and assist with appraisal reports and reviews, data input and tracking, and other routine departmental duties. High school diploma and six months to one year related work or practical experience and/or training in an office environment. Ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of office administration, Word and Excel, able to demonstrate accuracy and organizational skills, and must be flexible to work up to 19 hours per week.
Human Resources Assistant – Downtown (Honolulu)

As a Human Resources Assistant, you will provide support in all areas related to compensation, benefits, and staffing. Under minimal supervision, process and administer payroll, employee benefits, and employment-related forms. Assists employees and applicants with general inquiries pertaining to Bank policies and procedures related to Human Resources. A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; one to three years HR generalist/support OR supervisory/management and strong office/administrative experience, or HR degree; or equivalent combination of education/experience is required. Must have the working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Senior Teller – Waipio
Under minimal supervision, assist the Operations Supervisor and Branch Manager with supervising and coordinating the activities of the Teller area. Process various financial transactions in a friendly, efficient, accurate and professional manner. Must have at least one to two years of financial institution experience, including six months as a Teller and six months related experience. Ideal candidates will be able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and the general public. Computer experience, ten-key and typing ability desired.
Tellers – Ala Moana, Kahala, Kauai (P/T), Manoa, Pearlridge, Salt Lake, Waipio
Under moderate supervision processes various financial transactions in a friendly, efficient, accurate and professional manner. High school degree or GED and previous experience in cash handling or customer service required. Ideal candidates will be able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and the general public. Computer experience, ten-key and typing ability desired. Part-Time Tellers must be flexible and able to work 19 hours per week.
Relief Teller – Oahu
Based on the island of Oahu, Relief Tellers provide full-time Teller support to bank branches. Processes various financial transactions in a friendly, efficient, accurate and professional manner. High school degree or GED and previous experience in cash handling or customer service required. Ideal candidates will be able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and the general public. Computer experience, ten-key and typing ability desired. Qualified applicants must be flexible, have their own transportation and be able to work at various locations, including neighbor island branches. Relief Tellers earn a salary differential and mileage reimbursement.
Post-Closing Quality Control Specialist- Loan Servicing
Under minimal supervision, verifies the existence and accuracy of mortgage loans made by the Bank and assures underwriting of loans is in compliance with Regulatory/Government Agencies and in accordance with the Bank’s Pre-Closing and Post Closing Quality Control Policies and Procedures. Must have an Associate’s degree or higher, five years related work or practical experience and/or training in mortgage loans or branch operations within a financial institution, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent communication skills, working knowledge of Word and Excel, and 10-key by touch preferred. Ideal candidate will be knowledgeable of banking regulations with respect to banking operations and able to analyze, interpret, solve problems and make sound decisions that require interactions and development of relationships with the branch system and other departments.
Provides administrative, technical and compliance related support to the Bank’s branch personnel, and effectively documents policies and procedures for the Branch Administration Division. High school degree or GED and one to three years related work or experience in general banking or branch operations. Ideal candidates will be able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and the general public. Computer experience in a Windows environment, working knowledge of Word and Excel, moderate typing ability, and 10-key by touch required.
Seeking aggressive individual to originate mortgage loans. Minimum 2-3 years mortgage loan officer experience with proven local realtor client base required.
