Enhancements

12/16/2014:  Mobile Banking App Now Available for iPad® and Android Tablets

The new TSB Tablet App has all the same convenient, cool features as the TSB Mobile Banking Phone App AND a built-in calendar and calculator that you can access from any page. Bigger, brighter, and easier to use.  You can download the App directly from your App store. 

Tips for Android Tablets:  Search for “Territorial Savings Bank”, “TSB Tablet” or “TSB Mobile Banking for Tablet”, then select the TSB Mobile Banking for Tablet App – do not download the Phone App.

Note: If you download the Phone App in error, uninstall the App from your Android tablet, then delete it from Consumer Online Banking.  Then install the Tablet App from the Google Play Store.

How to delete from Consumer Online Banking:  Go to My Info/Mobile, then click Manage Device (under Mobile Banking Profile). Select tablet device from list, select “Stop Using this Device for Mobile Banking” from drop down menu, then click “Go”.

 

12/02/2014:  Mobile Banking Browser Update

Effective December 7, 2014, Mobile Banking via Browser Service will require touch-based internet browsers.  This does not affect Mobile Banking via App.

 

11/25/2014: Bill Payment System Requirements

In October, Google identified a security vulnerability called Poodle (Padding Oracle on Downgraded Legacy Encryption).  The Consumer Online Bill Payment service will be implementing security enhancements on December 31, 2014 to address this vulnerability.  Once implemented, we will not be able to support customers using the Microsoft XP operating system and Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) versions lower than 8.  More info

Effective June 5, 2014, the image and passphrase will no longer be displayed on the password page. You can easily verify this site’s identity and security by looking for the green website address bar above.  Your accounts will continue to be protected through advanced device forensics that seamlessly authenticate your computer and various devices.  If you have any questions, please contact our Electronic Banking Services Department at (808) 946-1400 or toll free at 1-800-951-8418.

 

5/6/2014:  Mobile Banking App Update

You can now easily find us on the Apple or Google App Store, just search for us by our name or TSB

If you already have the Mobile Banking App, the next time you log in, you will be asked to download the latest version.  A link will take you directly to the App store to get you started.  When you’re done, the TouchBanking icon on your phone will be replaced with the new TSB icon, like the one below.

If you don’t have the App and you’re interested in the convenience of Mobile Banking,  just go to the Apple or Google App store and search for TSB or TSB Mobile or Territorial Savings Bank. With Mobile Banking, you can check out your account balances, transfer funds, pay bills or pay people, and deposit checks to your checking account. Just like Online Banking, Mobile Banking is designed to protect your privacy and accounts at TSB.

4/30/2014:  More Options on Popmoney®

Did you know that Online Bill Payment customers automatically get the nationally popular Popmoney® service that allows you to SEND MONEY to any person in the United States.  All you need is the person’s email address or mobile phone number.   We’ll contact the recipient via email or text message to let them know that you’d like to send them money.   Once the recipient provides us their Bank account information, the funds are securely sent to the person’s financial institution in the United States within 3 business days.  Now you can choose to have the funds delivered by the next business day or within the 3 business days.  Fees vary based on the delivery option.   

Or you can choose REQUEST MONEY and ask someone to send you money.  Just like SEND MONEY, all you need is the person’s email address or mobile phone number.  We’ll contact the person, get their approval and bank information to transfer the funds securely to your bank account.  Fees vary based on the transfer amount.

4/23/2014:  Online Banking Security Enhancement

You can now easily and reliably verify TSB’s Online Banking site’s identity and security by looking for the green website address bar and our service provider’s name (Fiserv) in the URL address.  The website will be enhanced with Extended Validation (EV) certificates that triggers web browsers to display a green address bar when you are at a valid website.

Below is an example what it will look like for someone using Microsoft’s Internet Explorer (IE) browser:
