Senior Loan Processor
Under minimal supervision, coordinates the loan file flow from initial GFE/TIL requests, through Processing and Underwriting. An Associate’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Economics or Management, and three years residential loan processing at a level equivalent to a senior loan processor, or a combination of education and experience, is required. Must be knowledgeable of FHLMC/FNMA, USDA, FHA and VA processing guidelines, Automated Underwriting Systems (AUS), and federal, state and OCC regulations regarding lending and related departments. Ideal candidate enjoys varied and detailed work, has effective communication skills, computer ability in a Windows environment, working knowledge of Word and Excel, 10-key by touch, and is flexible to work overtime as needed.

Payoff Specialist
Under minimal supervision, provide and process mortgage loan payoff demands as required and in accordance with the Bank’s policies and procedures. Ideal candidate will have one to three years related work or practical experience and/or training in mortgage servicing, and preferably an Associate’s degree or equivalent. Under moderate supervision, provide accurate and timely support to loan administration, processing and closing functions for the Banks’s Mortgage Banking division.  An Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university preferred.  Ideal candidate will have one year related work or practical experience and/or training in an office environment, two years of mortgage loan operations experience preferred.  Must have the ability to perform all functions associated with loan funding and shipping, effective communication skills, computer ability in a Windows environment, and working knowledge of Word, Excel, and HP12C calculator use.

IT Systems Technician
A rare opportunity is available for an IT Systems Technician to operate information technology systems, provide IT department services, and perform technical support for applications, systems and services managed by the Bank’s IT department. Preferred minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field and two years of relevant technology work experience. An associate’s degree in Computer Technology and five years of relevant technology work experience may be substituted. Working knowledge in the areas of: systems administration of Microsoft Windows desktops, servers and networks; systems administration of VMware ESXi environments; user access controls, cybersecurity systems and controls, change and configuration control best practices; configuration, operation and management of network equipment such as routers, managed switches, firewalls, dedicated appliances, tape libraries; and/or using and supporting Microsoft Office applications preferred. Must be able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines, effectively communicate technical information verbally and in writing, lift a minimum of 35 pounds, and work extended hours in a strongly air conditioned data center.

Pearlridge
We have an immediate opening available for a qualified applicant with residential mortgage loan processing experience to provide efficient and accurate support for the Pearlridge branch while working under very strict loan commitment deadlines. The ideal candidate will have an associate’s degree or higher and one year related work or practical experience and/or training in mortgage processing, preferably Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA and VA loans. Must be able to work up to 19 hours a week. Business Relationship/Development Manager
Works with retail branch managers to identify, prioritize and lead new business development activities to achieve deposit and loan goals in support of the Bank’s overall goals. Develops, executes, and implements plans and strategies to attract, develop and optimize new business opportunities for the Bank’s branches. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in business management or related field, three to five years business sales experience and/or training in outside sales, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to effectively present, explain and sell financial services products and services to business management, boards of directors and/or public groups, a plus. Must have a current driver’s license and use of own car to travel to different branches, and to make frequent sales calls to various locations. Computer experience in a Windows environment and working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
