Current Positions

Secondary Market Assistant/Trainee
Under minimal supervision, provides support in the areas related to the sale and delivery of loans on the secondary market (Freddie Mac/Fannie Mae), assists with various clerical and record keeping duties related to the sales, and monitors the daily activity of loans sold. A bachelor’s degree and one year related work or practical experience and/or training in an office environment required, preferably in mortgage banking. Ideal candidate will have strong technical/analytical abilities, works well with others, has good communication skills, computer experience in a Windows environment, working knowledge of Word and Excel, ten-key by touch, moderate typing ability, and able to use standard office equipment to fax, scan and copy.

Legal Research/BSA-AML Representative 
We are looking for a self-starter to efficiently process time sensitive research requests for customers or in response to Judicial Demands. Tasks may include producing subpoenaed bank records and BSA-AML compliance research. Ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or higher and six months to a year of office work or practical experience, preferably in a banking operations environment; ability to effectively communicate with Bank employees, customers, law enforcement officials, government agencies, attorneys or their representatives; current driver’s license; computer ability in a Windows environment and working knowledge of Word and Excel; ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Checking Operations Representative
We have an immediate need for a team player with six months to a year of financial institution checking operations experience to accurately process and balance Inclearing, Non-Post transactions and incoming return items in a timely manner. Ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, and be able to work effectively under pressure and meet critical daily deadlines. Under minimal supervision, assist customers with various retail and business products and services by providing product information, processing proper documentation, and cross selling appropriate Bank products and services. Based on the island of Oahu, Relief Tellers provide full-time Teller support to bank branches. Processes various financial transactions in a friendly, efficient, accurate and professional manner. High school degree or GED and previous experience in cash handling or customer service required. Ideal candidates will be able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and the general public. Computer experience, ten-key and typing ability desired. Qualified applicants must be flexible, have their own transportation and be able to work at various locations, including neighbor island branches. Relief Tellers earn a salary differential and mileage reimbursement.

Under minimal supervision, assist the Operations Supervisor and Branch Manager with supervising and coordinating the activities of the Teller area.  Process various financial transactions in a friendly, efficient, accurate and professional manner.  Must have at least one to two years of financial institution experience, including six months as a Teller and six months related experience. Senior Relief Tellers
Based on the island of Oahu, a Senior Relief Teller provides full-time senior level assistance with daily operations to bank branches. Under minimal supervision, processes various financial transactions and may also assist with supervising and coordinating the activities of the branch in the absence of the appropriate supervisor. High school diploma and six consecutive months to a year of Teller and related work or practical experience within a financial institution. Ideal candidates will be able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and the general public, have computer experience, working knowledge of Word and Excel, ten-key by touch, and typing ability. Qualified applicants must be flexible, have their own transportation and be able to work at various locations, including neighbor island branches. Senior Relief Tellers earn a salary differential and mileage reimbursement.

Seeking aggressive individuals to originate mortgage loans. Minimum 2-3 years mortgage loan officer experience with proven local realtor client base required.
